Call to Order: The meeting was called to order on September 21, 2009 by email. All Trustees participated.
Present: Carolyn Locke, Gloria Gery, Penny Babbitt and Library Director, Jessica Kelmelis.
Minutes: The minutes of the June 30, 2009 Library Trustees meeting were approved as read.

Policies Approved
The following policies were approved unanimously and are effective immediately.
- Policy on Solicitations and Sale of Merchandise
- Policy on Use of Library for Displays and Exhibitions
New Business:
None:
Next Meeting: The next Trustees meeting is scheduled for 3:3 0 p.m. on Tuesday, January 12, 2010 at the Library.
